This location has the friendliest people!...I wish I had gotten everyone's name but I only got Chris because he took out order and he was great!... suggested the new egg rolls which I enjoyed and my friend tried the new Asian Zensation Zallad which he loved...I enjoyed my Grilled Cobb Zallad just as much!!!... Everything was made fresh!!! Highly recommend this location for it's great food and great customer service!!!
I love Zaxby’s but this particular location isn’t good. Employees need to learn some manners and professionalism. They are too loud and there’s too much goofing off when people are trying to eat in the dining room. Girl at front counter was putting on makeup while I was trying to order food.

The food is decent, having options for tenders, bone-in or boneless, with a bunch of sauce choices is great...the service in here, no matter the time of day, is not. They seem to be lacking communication with each other which seems to add to the disarray and disorganization. My order is never right, either missing something or I'm given the wrong items, AND the service is GARBAGE 90% of the time.
