I went to this location on 4/10/24 around 9:30am . Witness two employees standing outside the entrance. As I was getting out of my car they also went in the establishment. I noticed one of the employees washing hers hand and speaking. The other employee went right to the front to take my order with washing her hands after being outside. These gave me the worst feeling. That I couldn’t even order food knowing that she didn’t attempt to wash hands. Please have these employees adhere to cleaning procedures. Thank you

Little slow but the food is exactly what you excpect
Annoyed as hell with this location. ? I had an order delivered from the Jack in the Box today. Whoever was cooking either doesn't know how to properly make the items on the menu or they're just careless. I ordered a ultimate cheeseburger and it was not what I received. The burger had lettuce and tomato on it, the one patty it had was not seasoned, and it had no bacon nor cheese. I definitely won't be coming to the Jack in the box on Veteran's Memorial ever again. Train your employees better!

Came over here after just leaving Burger King after waiting 40 minutes with no food. After the remodel this place really put some effort into their customer service and staff! Like a whole new experience. Love the energy from Angela! Great server!

This is the third time my order was completely messed up. The first time was a few weeks ago I got a grilled chicken salad and it had crispy chicken. Not a big deal but too much grease upsets my stomach so I couldn't eat it all. The second was last week I got a grilled chicken wrap no sauce it was again , crispy with sauce. I ate it and felt like crap the rest of the night. I have stomach issues , I always feel bad when I have to ask for food with certain changes but I try to be polite about it. Tonight was the worst. I got a grilled chicken wrap again and asked twice to make it grilled no sauce . I also ordered a chocolate milkshake . At the window the woman asked if I ordered the orea milkshake. I asked if it could please be chocolate since I ordered chocolate. Then came the wrap, it was crispy. We pulled around and I asked for a grilled chicken wrap because I was given a crispy one. A classic grilled chicken wrap no sauce. At the window I asked if it had no sauce and she said he already put the sauce on. At this point I felt like I was asking for too many changes , even though I ordered things one way and received them wrong so I said that's fine I'll just take it. I couldn't take the wrap out of the pouch at first there was so much sauce! Not only that , it was packed with jalopenos . Atleast it was grilled chicken though . I guess I wasted money once again at this jack in the box to not eat . I feel bad because my husband loves to go there but only if I want to go there too and I really , really don't anymore .
