Most of the time customer service is friendly.. Today I had no complaints.. But good lawd, slow slow slow!!! And SLOW!!! Get up the street around the corner dealing with heavy traffic and mess and we are missing food.. Ughhh.. Reallyyyyyyy.... Check the receipt and yes we paid for it, so we had to turn around... I absolutely HATE that mess!!!!!!

So the cashier was training a new comer and i watched her use water for my mocha frappe??? Like ew i threw the drink away please don't make it a habit but i was using this one for convenience but ill go to clear creek next time

Working at this specific McDs was the rock bottom of my life
The cook was rude to the front cashier. Messed up every hamburger on purpose bc when they asked him if he had the right stuff on it he would give a nasty attitude & say yes. When he knew it was wrong, very unprofessional & rude. I say if he does not like his job & can not do it right why does he even work for Mc Donald just quit or fire him.

The shift manager needs to go back and read the exceptions to the mask mandate and the exceptions. She wouldn’t wait on me but would rather stand around and argue about it instead when I am already at the counter. How does that even make sense? Do go here because she is clueless!
