I’m pregnant and therefore need my lunch meat heated up for safety. I asked the lady to heat up my lunch meat on the club sandwich and she said they can’t do that. This is very upsetting as it takes 2 minutes to heat up my meat and there’s absolutely no reason they can’t! Lazy and inconsiderate. They clearly don’t even attempt to fulfill the guests wishes.

The only reason I'm giving a 3 star is because they cut corners on the size of the bread you get on the side with soup. In every state I've ever got Panera bread , the baguette was always around the same size. I'm not paying 1.50 extra for a baguette portion that was halved . Im not the only one to notice this either. Is that even legal?... to charge the same price and not serve the correct size ?

I honestly don’t know how this Panera is still open. The customer service is horrible. The employees are always so rude and for now reason. Especially in the drive thru.The most recent time was insane. We started placing our order and everything we asked for was “sold out” or “discontinued”. They were so rude but we were on the road and our kids were hungry so we tried to get alternatives. When we asked the employee to tell us what was available, they rattled a list off so quickly that we didn’t catch anything. We asked them to repeat what they said, they sighed audibly to make sure we knew they were annoyed, and then rattled it off just as quickly. At that point, we were tired of the disrespectful behavior & lack of menu items that we decided to leave.I’ve only been there 3x and each time it was such a horrible experience. I left with nothing in hand 2/3 instances due to inaccurate menu, missing items, flat out rude and hostile employees, or a combination of both. The one time I did actually get something, the employee was still rude, but they had what I wanted in stock.0/10 do not recommend.

Every time I order its always missing an item. They don't answer when you call and the app is no help either I wish they had an option to report a missing item from the order other the submitting an email to put a complaint.. Honestly I only go cause its really good and only order when im sick with the stomach bug or the cold and dont want to cook but it's really not worth the money for the cup we get and yet we have missing items when it's not cheap there..

If this was the first or 2nd time I got this, it wouldn’t be bad, but it’s consistently been a soggy and messy “grilled” cheese. I keep hoping it gets better, but I guess not.These are the 1/2 grilled cheese sandwiches that are $6 btw. Drive thru lady is alway nice; but idk about this quality. These are two separate sandwiches
Lady who work there in drive thru was so rude and didn’t give me back the right change. Also didn’t let me choose what side I wanted with my order and spend $20
