The food is never bad at Zaxby's. I've visited locations all over the country.With that being said. This locations management and team is an absolute joke. Came in at 8pm 4/10/24Two employees (assuming on a break) sitting in the restaurant were being loud and obnoxious. Another employee in the back of the store, was literally barking. Yes, like a four legged furry companion.Ridiculous that you can't even sit down at Zaxby's anymore. Let alone due to the nature of people today....but in this example, all of the disturbance I experienced while trying to eat my meal was caused by employees of this establishment.

The food is decent, having options for tenders, bone-in or boneless, with a bunch of sauce choices is great...the service in here, no matter the time of day, is not. They seem to be lacking communication with each other which seems to add to the disarray and disorganization. My order is never right, either missing something or I'm given the wrong items, AND the service is GARBAGE 90% of the time. My last visit was ok, but they gave us cups for our drinks and we waited for them to get our drinks because what we ordered wasn't available on our side of the counter. I've been ignored going in this place multiple times. One visit, I was ignored after asking for sauces I ordered. I asked the woman that came back to the counter and she literally stood next to the sauces and waited for someone else to come, told them I wanted sauce and that person even asked why she didn't give it to me. She said she didn't know if I was supposed to get sauce and walked away. She was at the counter when I took my order lol The service in here is laughable and frustrating. Don't try to be in and out of the drive thru or the dine-in during lunch hour. You won't have time to eat.
Fix your customer service please. You have a line and then doordash/uber etc. Someone needs to be standing there calling out names on food. Not letting it sit there for 40 minutes while your front cashier stares at the wall hungover looking. There is no excuse for your drivers needing to cancel their deliveries because you won't take 3 seconds to hand them the order that you keep behind the counter. Get with the program and do better at staffing your establishment.

Went through drive through, guy was sitting in the drive through lane waiting on his Uber eats order. Annoying they couldn't park 10 ft away to pickup the food but we drove around. Waited awhile heard them disappear for 5-10+ minutes at a time when the lane was backed up for the people 2 cars in front. Finally got to the microphone to place order , waited for 10-15 minutes with them clicking the mic but not taking an order or responding. Figured this is beyond ridiculous but I'll give it one last shot and go inside and order. Went inside and was disregarded by everyone except one cook who made eye contact with me saw me waiting patiently at register then went back to cooking. After waiting to the point that I could've gone to the temple location and back to Copperas cove before they took my order I decided to eat elsewhere. Lobby wasn't full with customers just 5 people waiting on their food and the door dash(or other like it) orders.

This location has the friendliest people!...I wish I had gotten everyone's name but I only got Chris because he took out order and he was great!... suggested the new egg rolls which I enjoyed and my friend tried the new Asian Zensation Zallad which he loved...I enjoyed my Grilled Cobb Zallad just as much!!!... Everything was made fresh!!! Highly recommend this location for it's great food and great customer service!!!

First I ordered a meal and they never asked me what I want for the drink then I get to the window they never rung me up for the meal only for the tenders then I ask for ranch and I get Zax sauce instead employee taking orders had complete disregard to anything I said worst experience I’ve ever had with this
Move on over Chik Fil A! We love Zaxbys food! From Zax Snak, grilled chicken sandwiches, chicken salads, and cheddar bites, absolutely phenomenal food! The prices are so great as well for the food you get. Even though we waited 20 minutes for the cheddar bites (FRESH!!) and they left out the Zax Snak meal from our order and we had go back to get it, the food was worth waiting for. If you're looking for something different than Chik Fil A, come on in and give Zaxbys a try! They will not disappoint!

Literally the worst service I have ever experienced I was waiting in line with no wait and with no eye contact and no acknowledgement during a shift change which I understood being from the background of food service however while waiting 2 more customers came in after me, when someone realized the line was getting long the male in the front looked over me and took the male after me. I was shocked and walked out.

Ok so let me say that zaxby is getting 5 stars from solely because of the 1 employee named Micheal.. his customer service was outstanding!! So I know that some people will probably pass judgment on me for this. But when you go too a place like this, and have the chance to meet an employee who is happy,and willing to help you any way he can. It makes you want to go back and keep getting that same service. So too the manager of this Zaxby give that GUY MICHEAL A RAISE, OR SOME TIME OFF!! He if anyone deserves it!!
