There’s been several occasions that we have visited this location and the ice cream machine never works and they don’t have anything to make slushies. The employees in the drive thru are always rude and unprofessional. I don’t know who’s managing this restaurant but there have has to be some improvements. Just avoid going to this Dairy Queen and go down the street to sonic! Going here is always a waste of time.

Had a very disappointing experience with the customer service, was missing several items, employees were actively gossiping while I'm sitting at the window, and the "blizzard" was more like a light snow storm with how liquidy I got my drink. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, except maybe my worst enemy.

This is not what I love about Texas.The worst service. They clearly can’t take an order correctly.
i'm only giving 1 star for the service because there are no zero stars. my son, daughter in law, grandaughter and i was there last night to order 4 blizzards and it took 22 minutes to get our order. they melted setting on the shelf and had to be remade. the girl out front was totally overwhelmed and did not know what she was doing. some lady with a yale sweat shirt had to show her everything. there was only 3 people in the store when we were there so not crowded. ironically my son's boss knows and is good friends with the owner of this DQ. he needs to go in there and clean house. we will never go there again, we will just wait on the new one being built in New Caney.

Went to this location and had horrible service again, in the drive thru I asked if they had chicken and dumplings, the lady said yes we do and I ordered them, pulled up to the window and they gave the other items that we ordered and then told me to pull up and they would bring the rest of the order out, 15 minutes later they came out and said we don’t have chicken and dumplings, please pull around and we will refund you. Walk in and the guy said we ran out yesterday, so why make the customer wait the extra 20 minutes to find that out. Never will visit this one again. Horrible service
