Lobby was closed 2 hours early. Even though people was inside getting food and placing orders. Place wasn't even half full. As we was walking back to vehicle manager came out and telling us he closed early. When my wife started to ask questions he became argumentative with her and rude. We have been here three times before and it seems as if they don't care about customer service. They can't even flip the blizzards upside down because it is always runny.
Stopped in there Friday night took almost an hour to get a taco meal and a blizzard ordered in the drive thru and it took 28 minutes for them to serve the 4 cars ahead of me and then 10 minutes for me to get my order once at the window left and got home the tacos were very very cold and the blizzard wasn’t even the right flavor. Ya got to do better DQ it’s not that complicated it’s fast food.
