I live in Ponder, so this Pizza Hut is the closest drive. Somewhat sad they don't deliver though as it's only a 6 minutes away. Never dissatisfied with service or food.
This place will NEVER get my service because they are rude and refuse to deliver to me because we are 1.5 miles out of their service!!!!We live in Big Sky estates exactly 10 miles from their location…. They are missing out on a lot business!!!!!

A horrible experience from beginning to end - called my local Pizza a Hut only to get a customer service agent in some foreign country. This person couldn’t understand me nor I him, so I called back and placed an order with a young lady who was a little easier to understand (still was a communication gap) - my order had the wrong name on it so more confusion when my wife picked up the order. When she showed me the receipt it showed $37.40 even though I had been quoted $24.70. Called and was able to get through to the local store. I spoke to Jeff who analogied and explained that the promo code must have somehow cancelled out. He offered a $20 credit. When we did not see the credit I called the store again and spoke to Chad who said the credit was for future food. I explained that we expected a credit back to the card and he said he did not have to do anything because my wife had signed the receipt. He also went on to tell me how they do not honor prices offered by the CSR agents when you order through them. He kept referring to it as “ordering online” and could not understand that that I had called in the order. I asked for his boss’ contact info and he gave me his phone number letting me know he was the RDM which I take to mean “Real Dumb Mgr”. I will be reaching out to corporate to find out who owns the Krum franchise. They need to know what kind of “management” is running their operation. I know we will never eat there again. To top it all off - the pizza was lousy. The Canadian bacon was not the usual round ham sliced into quarters but instead was some mysterious shredded pork substance that we could not identify and the sauce was not the usual Pizza Hu sauce. It’s like this franchise is not using Pizza Hut ingredients. Order your Pizza from anywhere else. You’ll thank me

They have made mistakes in the past but always make it right but this time was horrible. They have my order to someone else and then proceeded to argue with me like it was my fault. Then, after arguing asked if I wanted to remake the order….no, don’t worry about it and I walked. Terrible service, terrible experience, and sadly okay with losing business.

There is no way to leave negative stars so one will have to do. The only reason this horrible place exists is because they are in a small town with little other options. Their RGM, Chad, is terrible and has the customer service skills of a someone who hates their station in life. He is also a liar who like to blame the customer for his mistake. He also became real tough in an e-mail which was difficult to read to the myriad amount grammatical errors and lack of understanding how time works. When confronted over the phone, suddenly his tone changed and still held to his lie. Sadly, there is no recourse beyond letting people know to never go to this joke of a business.
This Pizza Hut franchise is a joke from their RGM on down. They care very little for their customer and get to act with impunity. Read any of the reviews on other sites and you will quickly understand this is a place to avoid.

If you’re getting order delivered, call first and see if they are using Doordash. Doordash will never check the order and they ALWAYS FORGET the drinks.
