First off, I've been coming to 1102 for 4 years now. It was the first boba shop I had ever tried when I moved to the states and for the longest time remained my top favorite. However, things have changed. The staffing of young high school/college kids have provided a very unwelcoming atmosphere. I’ll start by saying the boba was good, but… the place is not welcoming despite the relaxing decoration. It’s a bit dirty, cupboards are broken behind the counter. You can order only on one screen which takes a lot of time. The service was slow, the team is nice but not energetic.
