Management either is unaware or does not care but the service at drive thru is very poor. Snobby teenagers with bo manners, annoyed, disrespectful.. Really ruins the experience unfortunately.

Great service. I am not a yuppie, nor do i drink coffee anymore (long story) but I did get a Starbucks gift card for Christmas, so I took my 9 year old to get some hot chocolate. The service was impeccable and I even got to use a 7 year old gift card! They never expire! We got a.choclate chip cookie and a slice of lemon cake to send the sugar levels over the top! They were delicious! Be advised....they will set you back almost 5 bucks for the lemon cake and 3 bucks for the cookie. Normally I wouldn't splurge, but gift cards tend to make you want to go all out! The WiFi was phenomenal! No login ir password required...and super fast speeds. I really enjoyed the 90's music and we played a few games on the tablet before we finished our Hot Chocolate and left. What a great experience.Parking: Parking is horrible. Tons of traffic. McDonalds and HEB along with a plaza share the parking lots. Horrible.

The girl had a very bad vibes and was not speaking when i asked questions. Gave me the wrong drink and when i returned it they just added syrup to the drink that was already received. The drink recieved was no where near to the drink I ordered.

If I could give this store 0, or even negative stars, I would. I walked in as a customer and got an iced drink thrown at me by a barista while she was on the clock. Ruth Landin is her name, so try avoiding her and this store in general. I submitted evidence to report her and she still works there to this day due to poor management and favoritism. Another barista, Caleb Vasquez, steals cash tips for himself as well as tumblers. Again, I submitted evidence to report him and he is still working there. He got off with a "verbal warning". This location's water is dirty and the drains have black mold. Do not go here. This location also has the worst drive time in the nation. The employees Judy Villareal, Ruth Landin, and Gabriella Munoz all say the n word with pride even though they're not black. They are aware that is wrong and still say it under their breath to customers while on the clock which is not okay. I come to Starbucks to get a coffee, most certainly not to get hate crimed.

My drink tested so poorly. It's absurd how much coffee I'm missing. I requested "light ice" from the barista, and she piled on the ice. This isn't the first time I've had a terrible experience.

Can’t get much at this starbucks, no nitro no cold brew and other ingredients that are just not available. Not consistently at least. Meh location. Manager needs to order ingredients ahead of time and stock the appropriate amount. Not the employees fault.
