I’m a sushi lover and this place had a cool name but if you love raw sushi this is not the place. Their menu consists of more cooked rolls which is not a problem still excellent rolls and sushi! Excellent food and

This is definitely a spot to try. I was in Laredo for a week-long conference, and I was able to visit Sushi Madre twice during that week. My first visit I had Mixed Yakisoba and it was a huge portion and so delicious. Our server recommended a new item on the menu called Tostada Padre, available in time for Father's Day. The Chipotle Chicken is very good, well cooked, and soft on the teeth for people with " troubled teeth" ! The vegetables are well cooked with the perfect seasoning and the Chipotle sauce just perfect! Ask for eel sauce if your into the sweet sauce!!
