Awful. We just left. The cookies LOOKED day old,at least. I bought some anyway while my kid got ice cream. Gross. Stale and hard. Won't be back. The malls bake them up actually daily lol. This location is terrible.
Terrible place to order a cookie cake, avoid at all costs. My wife ordered a cake for our engagement party a week in advance. She called the day before to make sure they would have the order ready in the morning but they had no record of the order. She then went there and made sure they had the order. I got there right when they opened the day of the party and they couldn't find the order again. It took around 15 minutes for them to make a cake that looked like a child made...read full review

These cookies can be really great sometimes but there are other times they are kinda stale. The staff is present but seems out of it. The whole location could use some QC. When everything aligns right they really do have some great cookies and ice cream.
