We have been several times now and have always had a great experience. Noah is polite and helpful. He greets us as soon as you walk in and checks on us after we have had a few minutes to try our treats. Everything has been really tasty and the dining area is always very clean.
A very different concept and as much as I was hesitant at first to eat soft serve with Italian ice, I was quite surprised at how good it was. The best part is, it's not overly sweet and they let you sample the flavors! I had the mango swirl with vanilla soft serve and I loved it! I prefer this over to Andy's!

The service was top level, this was my first time eating Italian ice and Jack was extremely helpful in articulating the flavors. He provided me with a lot of help on what do get and made it a smooth easy process. Usually I don’t leave reviews, but I felt obligated after my experience with the service .
