Stopped by for 2 double stacked tacos on 2/26/2024 around 4:45pm. Guy working the drive through told me that they no longer offer the double stacked taco... Had my wife check taco bell's website to ensure the double stack taco is still available and sure enough, Hebron location happily prepared "the unavailable" menu item for us.Why would you lie about a menu item being discontinued, then offer to make something else? I experienced really bad customer service after stopping at the location to grab some food. I'm assuming the female who was working at the drive- thru window did not want to be at work. She was rude as heck kind of reminded me of that time when i passed through Mississippi..

night staff sucks. they always get the order wrong even though it’s completely dead. ordering from ubereats is a nightmare, they wait til the expected delivery time to begin preparing food. it’s never that serious but the quality is consistently bad i might actually call their GM. that is, if they have one.
