This restaurant doesn’t properly seal doordash orders (e.g., with a sticker) thus my doordasher ate out of my order. Not entirely Marco’s fault, but could have helped prevent it like other restaurants do.
My grandson absolutely loves Marco's Pizza. He's pretty basic with his pizza selection so our recent experience has left me feeling blah. As usual he ordered his pepperoni pizza, we arrived home and around the 3rd slice he's pulling hair baked into his pizza out his mouth . I had his mother call the store she was put on hold for a manager but then hung up on, we then tried submitting feedback online and that was unsuccessful. This was my first time trying them, and it was fantastic! I was craving pizza for a long time, so the last few weeks I've been ordering from some other places but ended up disappointed. Not this time, the thin crust pizza was excellent and no doubt I will become a regular client.
