First time I’ve ever left a drive thru line after ordering. There were only 2 cars in front of me. It’s 2pm on a Saturday. If you are that understaffed, why bother opening?

No spoons, no forks. Staff yelled “we ran out of forks” and we had to eat nachos with knives. Quantity was less. Staff missed instructions. Horrible service overall!

night staff sucks. they always get the order wrong even though it’s completely dead. ordering from ubereats is a nightmare, they wait til the expected delivery time to begin preparing food. it’s never that serious but the quality is consistently bad i might actually call their GM. that is, if they have one.

Stopped by for 2 double stacked tacos on 2/26/2024 around 4:45pm. Guy working the drive through told me that they no longer offer the double stacked taco... Had my wife check taco bell's website to ensure the double stack taco is still available and sure enough, Hebron location happily prepared "the unavailable" menu item for us.Why would you lie about a menu item being discontinued, then offer to make something else? It's not important really, just want the owner to understand that their staff is awful.Edit. I just looked at the review distribution for this location.. Never in my life have I seen that many 1-star reviews... TACO BELL CORPORATE - part ways with this franchise owner, they're ruining your brand and image.

I experienced really bad customer service after stopping at the location to grab some food. I'm assuming the female who was working at the drive- thru window did not want to be at work. She was rude as heck kind of reminded me of that time when i passed through Mississippi..

I have visited this location twice in recent months when I was on a tight schedule, and my order placed in store was not ready fast during the lunch period. I also wish the store had more high tables. I recommend ordering on the app prior to traveling to this location to save wait time.

I already complained about wrong item and no one even respond. This time I ordered grilled cheese burrito I pay $4.69 but it’s come with only rice and cheese not even grilled. No one speaks English they don’t even understand. Very bad service all the time. Hopefully someone answer this time

This location has messed up our order at least 6 times. One time they put beef in a vegetarian taco. Today I went in, and was told to use the kiosk instead of ordering in person. When I wasn't able to use the kiosk to get my order the way I wanted, I waited at the counter for another 2 minutes. No one else acknowledged I was waiting to order, so I left.
