“We showed up at 6:30 in the evening, not realizing that they close at 7:00. When we saw that they were about to close we were going to leave but Chad said he was there and happy to cook for us. We ordered burgers and fries to-go and they were excellent. The patties on the burgers were large and juicy, the veggies tasted very fresh, the buns were big and toasted. The fries are served with a delicious peppery seasoning that we both really enjoyed.It was so kind of them to serve us and I am so glad we were able to experience their food. I will look forward to next time.“

“These guys should get 10 stars out of 5. The app hasn't been working for us in over a month and I have gift cards on it and lots of points to redeem. I pulled up to the speaker, told them I wanted to use the app to redeem points but it hasn't been working and I've called HQ several times to complain and they do nothing. They asked me to pull around to Lane B. Someone came out with the tablet and when I told them I wanted to use all my points (hoping to delete my account and make a new one to see if that fixes their broken app), they said ok and took each item on our order, input it as a separate order so we could redeem all the points. Very patient, friendly and helpful! Good job managers for training your staff well. Thank you!“

“This is one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I have been in. I was greeted when I entered, my order was taken with a smile and I was thanked when my order was completed. Then I was told my order would be delivered to my table when ready. I was amazed as I looked for a spot to sit......ALL the tables, that weren't occupied, was clean. In filling my drink cup, that area was clean as well. After sitting for just a few minutes, my food was delivered with a smile and I was asked if I needed anything else. Additionally, my French fries were golden and fresh without looking and tasting like they were either cooked in old grease or soggy as in many other fast food restaurant fries are.If I could rank this Dairy Queen higher, I would. You're a 10!You are what others should aspire to be.“

“Visited 12/22/23 while traveling for Christmas. Restaurant was CLEAN and the cozy fireplace was welcoming. Staff was friendly and took our orders correctly. We had our take out orders in less than 5 minutes. Located inside a TA Travel Center. Free parking, handicapped accessible. Bathrooms here were very clean too. Would definitely stop here again!“

“Hubby and I are here in Kilgore from Dallas to take care of some private matters.It was around 1 a.m. and we were very hungry.The only place open was Whataburger which was fine.We've never seen a Whataburger like this before. The dining area was rather fancy looking instead of the usual ugly orange plastic booths & tables.The service was great and the food was very fresh.Everything was very clean as well.I wish the folks in Dallas took pride in their Whataburger restaurants like they do here ?“
