“What a gem! Who would’ve thought such great food and desserts were hidden away in Longview, TX? This place is a MUST if you’re in the area. Everything is super affordable and tastes great. My personal favorites are the bacon cheeseburger, the fudge bottom pie, and the Heathen cookies!! I ate that pie slice like a piece of pizza on my way back to Dallas. The staff are very friendly and work very quickly to get your food out to you. I came during the Sunday lunch rush and was in and out in less than an hour. My only wish is that they had a restaurant in Dallas so I could eat here every week. I will be stopping by here any time I’m in the area in the future. It’s an East TX institution, y’all!!“
“They have probably the best chicken sandwich I've had in Longview. Their brisket eggrolls were really good, too. Casie and Amanda were attentive, kind, and make a good sangria. You could tell they were legitimately excited about the quality of the food they serve and for good reason. Can't wait to try their chicken masala ?. Some liquor cocktails would be nice, but otherwise, I don't have much constructive criticism.Vegetarian options: Their Buddha bowl was solid.“
“Newly renovated and looks good. I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak, gravy, fries, and side salad with honey mustard dressing. I asked for extra cream gravy and they listened. The meal was hot, fresh, and tasty. An excellent early dinner. You won't be disappointed!“
“We read the reviews and decided we had to try. So glad that we did. We both ordered the bacon cheeseburger combo and the burgers are HUGE! I never eat a whole burger, but I did this time. Just as everyone described, a good old fashioned delicious hamburger. The staff was amazing as well, very accommodating. We did learn that the grill shuts down at 5:00 PM, go early if you are going to go. We definitely will again.“
“This burger was REALLY good!!! The meat was seasoned really well! And they grind their meat DAILY! SO IT WAS FRESH! SOOOOO GOOD! Since I'm not from the area, and I LOVE a good burger. I thought I'd try them out! And soooooo glad I did! The manager there was VERY helpful in helping me decide WHICH burger to get. I love a plain old cheeseburger and once he said they grind their meat daily, I was HOOKED! The they have these beans as like an appetizer or something to hold you over. Those were pretty fantastic as well! For me, I would DEFINITELY go back!! The service was GREAT, the staff was friendly. I thought i ordered a "basket" like meal and didn't get fries. So when I went up to order some, VERY WILLING ro pay for them, the mgr gave me some! Those were pretty Darned good as well! I have ZERO complaints about this place. The eggs were cooked over medium just as I asked for. The sausage was a little cool this time. Will get the bacon the next time I come in for breakfast. The staff is always friendly at the counter.“

“My only complaint about this place is that they aren't open longer. It's the best spot for brunch in Longview! Whenever family or friends from out of town visit, this is the place to take them. Delicious mimosas, local coffee, and tasty cocktails. Their avocado toast is consistently amazing, and that's coming from someone who eats a ton of avocado toast. Their outdoor seating area is so cute if the weather is nice, and the inside has fun paintings on the walls that coincide well with their dishes. The service is always nice too, they can keep up with the crowds and still make you feel special. I really appreciate when they bring out water for my dog on days I eat outside. My suggestion: add more vegetarian options to your menu!“
“I didnt even know there was an IHOP in Longview.I had my favs, steak omelet with strawberry banana pancakes (protein, which to me was new, but was good)Omelet was good, feei like I'm accustomed to more steak and peppers inside and less potatoes, but it was still pretty good.Also coffee, IHOP coffee has always been quite strong but with flavor, Longview did not disappoint.Dont crave omelets like i used to but next time I do, I'll probably go back“
“Went a couple nights ago and they had some really good fried pickles. Nice spot to play pool or a game of darts. It wasn't that busy around 10 on Thursday night. There's a roomy atmosphere with plenty space to not feel crowded. The girl at the bar however, was rude to me it seemed. She said a total 2 words to me, "what", and "$6". I was respectful and courteous to her and I think she even rolled her eyes at me for no apparent reason. I've worked many years as a server and loved my job. I'd never treat a customer the way she treated me. Bless her heart. It's ok. I'm not mad at her. Matter fact I love her just as much as all of my haters.
