I placed a $30 mobile order here, with customized taco order, (no sauce). when I got to the restaurant I specifically asked the girl at the counter if my tacos were made without the sauce as I ordered. She said yes and passed me my very large bag. When I got home and found sauce on every taco I was so upset. I repeatedly tried calling the number on my receipt and they don't answer. The manager on duty, Ronny, is absolutely rude. I understand that if you alter an order you may be charged a different price but if you can not be asked a simple question without flying off the handle and being dismissive and RUDE, then WHY ARE YOU WORKING IN THE PUBLIC. This is the second time we have been through this jack in the box after practice and received MAJOR ATTITUDE by the gentleman at the window. The first time I asked to add a chicken sandwich to the order because my special needs son decided he wanted two sandwiches instead of one and I was told he absolutely would not add anything to the order.
