The waitress was really cordial and our food was hot fresh and just the way we asked.Wheelchair accessibility: The entry going in was accessible for wheelchairs to enter without a tight, and the inside was spacious enough without being on someone's back.
I've tried to order wings for the past 2 days. Online ordering is turned off. Tried calling and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone!!!!! I give up. I'll give someone else my hard earned money.

Used to be our favorite place to eat now it’s the worst place to eat because of the staff… we receive our food late every single time and when we finally get it it’s wrong.spent $100 for nothing but a waste of time. We’ve tried to give this place chances over and over again but it gets worse every visit. We will not be back.

I had the worst service I've ever experienced in my 51 yrs of existence. The order was wrong, the service was so slow, and it took us two hours from the time we got there until the time we left to get our food and to eat and deal with the staff and management. Ridiculous!I understand it's a loud restaurant, but the noise was unbearable. They had the volume turned up too loud on multiple TV's, it sounded like a daycare with all the screaming kids, plus the everyday restaurant noises/conversations... UGH ??♀️No one was bussing the tables. When we arrived, we asked for a booth, but the hostess said there weren't any available. That's because the two that were empty needed to be cleaned. Within 30-45 min, that entire row of booths (7 of them) became empty, and not ONE person bussed those tables. But the hostess kept walking around the restaurant looking at each dirty booth like they were going to magically start cleaning themselves. When we finally ended up having to speak with a manager, I brought that up...excuses were given.To end the night, I'd given them a coupon, which they eventually said couldn't be used with the BOGO ½ off. Ok, that's fine, then let me have my coupon back. Oh, no!!! They'd thrown it away! ??♀️ Again, the manager comes out and gives us several 25% off coupons for "future" visits. I started looking at them...THEY WERE EXPIRED! When we got up to leave and hopefully speak to the manager again and ask for some that were not expired, the waiter tried to tell us they would still honor them since the manager had given to us.Needless to say, we are NEVER going back there again. It was my 1st and last time to that location. The management and staff are all a joke. Which is really sad because I do enjoy their food.I hated not tipping the server, but I'll be dang if 1. You're going to continuously have other servers run your orders for you, 2. Screw up the order, 3. Can't be found anywhere when you're needed for tea or anything else, 4. Try and charge me almost double what I should owe, 5. Throw away my coupon, and then 6. Argue with me about expired coupons? ? I have NEVER in my life, NOT tipped someone, but tonight was FUBAR!BWW...DO BETTER! Several locations in the Houston area are way busier than y'all will ever be, and yet, the service is always top-notch.
We had a family get together for my son's 18th birthday, it was his choice. 30 minutes after ordering the food mine my wife's my oldest son's and my daughter's burgers all showed up. They were all good . During and after we finished we flagged down the waitress since the birthday boy still hadn't received his wings. After another 30 min his food finally showed up. I don't know why and I really don't care why. They comped his meal... big deal.

This was my first BBW's experience. Lack luster would be a great definition. The whole restaurant was out of any type of artificial sweetener. Being a diabetic that just wanted a glass of tea that was very disappointing. Service was awful. We waited 10 minutes for refills. We didn't get one appetizer until after we got our main course. The food came out in spurts. One person's meal then 5-10 minutes another one. The food was not that good. It was sub par wings. They were Luke warm by the time they got to the table and then cold by the time we ate because we were waiting for everyone to get their food to start eating. We were there for 2 hours most of that was waiting. Disappointing.Dietary restrictions: Not diabetic friendly due to the non existent sugar replacement option. They did have Pepsi zero.Kid-friendliness: There was a ton of stimulation from all the TV's. Because we waited so long for anything the kids weren't bored.

Me and my family came to eat here as a late birthday dinner for myself. When I say I should not have paid for any of our food that's exactly what i mean! I am not one to leave reviews but this place needs to do better. We were immediately seated but then It took 10 minutes to just get a drink order placed, once we got our drinks it just went downhill from there the lady did not get our order correct, and when i went to use my rewards off my phone the system didn't recognize my number, once again i had my phone in my hand and pulled everything up in from of said waitress, she then proceeds to double check the info took a photo to show her manager and he came by and told me he could comp the items that i had rewards for tonight but due to fraud issues he wouldn't be allowed to do it again, at this point i am confused i have my phone in my hand showing them my app and my profile and what the rewards are for, and to top it off he only comp'd one after stating he would comp both. i will be calling the General Manager because this is absurd. This place is a waste of time and money for absolutely terrible services.
