This is by far the worse Starbucks I’ve ever been to.First, in the drive thru, cut out the name sharing. I do t need to know yours, and you don’t need to know mine unless I have a mobile order, it’s just time consuming doing all the name exchanging.Also, the drive thru is the slowest of any Starbucks I’ve ever been to.Last, I get the same coffee every day. Iced Shaken Eapresso with an extra shot, it is never made the same here. Sometimes it tastes like creamer and water.This place needs an upgrade in management or training.7 Brew is in the same parking lot and their line moves quickly. I will try there tomorrow

I don’t remember her name but the woman who took my order was so amazingly sweet and she took the time to interact with me during the order process at the drive thru. She talked to me about my babies and asked me how my Christmas shopping was going, she was calling me “momma” during my order which I found so endearing and I was already having a rough day and hearing that made it so much better. After she handed my my drink she said that she hopes me and my babies have a Merry Christmas. When I got home I saw she put “momma” as the name on my cup and I started tearing up because it was just so sweet. I hope that woman has an amazing day. She was an angel in disguise for me

What time does this location actually open? It says 5:30 am on the door and online but today they were not open, employees were inside and waved me off like “go somewhere else.”All good if they don’t open until later but don’t put 5:30 on the door and online if that’s false
