“A local recommended this place for me today when I asked where a good spot to eat would be. It didn't disappoint. My only regret is that I forgot the 2 cookies I ordered didn't buy more bread. Ugh, lol. I'm going to make the 1.5hr drive just to visit this place again. It's that good. I wish I could have it shipped to me!”

“Nice environment and everyone was friendly. This is a restaurant and a bar. It is kid friendly but they have rules for them. Only thing is the parking lot needs to be worked on. We went after a storm so ended up getting stuck and had to get pulled out. So, my advice go when no rain was or is I. The forcast... lol”

“We stopped in after Church on Sunday. We had a fairly large group, but we were seated almost immediately, several servers participated assisting us. Drinks were refilled quickly and the food was prepared in a timely manner. The portions were ample. To-Go boxes would have been used, if we hadn't be traveling. Quaint place with amazing staff. “I picked this diner as our total solar eclipse viewing spot. The employees were nice and attentive. The food was good. The price was right. Having traveled two and a half hours just for this, we hung around outside to get a full view of the beautiful total solar eclipse! Along with other customers, we felt comfortable and welcomed to enjoy our view from the parking lot of this diner. I would eat here again if I’m ever in Marlin again.”

“I moved to Marlin about 6 months ago. I saw this place on my first drive into the city and made a note to check it out asap.This was my first visit. It won't be my last!I got an assortment of donuts, sausage potato egg cheese tacos, and bacon egg cheese croissants.The donuts just melt in your mouth. The dough is perfectly soft and fluffy. I was actually blown away by the quality of the donuts.The croissants were crispy, bacon smoky, and egg well seasoned.The tacos are filled to the max. Perfectly cooked and seasoned potatoes, well seasoned eggs, and tasty sausage.The Bavarian cream filled longjohns were so yummy.I can't wait to come back and try some others, especially the biscuit sandwiches.”

“If passing thru Rosebud on hwy 77, you might miss this little gem of a place. Very small, hole in the wall kind of place, but WOW, what great food. You should put this place on your stop if passing thru. I got a breakfast burrito that makes the Whataburger taquitos like toothpicks!”
