Silk’s Good Eats is a delicious Cajun joint hidden within Bash Riprock’s, a bar in Lubbock. Silk himself is from Louisiana and moved to Lubbock and knows what he’s doing in his shop. I’m not sure how busy he is but I hope people continue visiting because it is so good!
Usually go with co-workers around 4-5 for a couple.of drinks. A quiet little dive bar, nothing spectacular but it's empty and quiet, perfect for blowing some steam off with drinks and smokes. The bartenders are hit and miss but the last working the kitchen is super nice.

Favorite bar in lubbock. It's old, it's a little run down, and certainly a dive bar like but it's always a good time. The owner is super cool and always friendly. The food there is killer too. The cook is from Louisiana and there Cajun food is the best in lubbock. Lots of specials too. You can get drunk for cheap here and that's what college bars should be about
