Called four times before got an answer, no sign on front about blue ice, no building number on front of building. Pizza smelled good but boss left freezer door open and Italian ice not available. 20 minutes wasted, going somewhere else.

Definitely the worst service I have ever experienced!! The girls were arguing over how to make a strawberry shake, then the girl who made it used my sister's straw to scrape it out (because she made it wrong she put just ice and strawberries) put the straw down licked her fingers picked it back up and started scrapping it again using the SAME straw!! Then put a lid on it and put that SAME straw in the cup for my sister to use! When confronted walks back behind the counter and chunks it mad because we aren't going to eat it!!!!

Ehh...place could use some major renovations in regards to general appearance once you enter the front door and upgrading the A/C system. "Oasis", couldn't be farther from the truth. However, my coconut Gelato was tasty. Having our treats on the patio made the experience much more enjoyable.

We were so disappointed tonight when we walked in. The smell was over whelming. It was not clean ! We waited for ever to have some one come wait on us! The ice cream was slim pickings. It was not very frozen. The air smelled musky. And to top it all off two flies dead in the red looking ice cream. Who ever owns this needs to be on sight and clean and refocus this business. ! We won't return.

I will never go back to Blue Oasis. We walked in and we waited for like 5 minutes and there was no one to serve us. It smelled really bad right when we walked in. There was hardly any choices of ice cream.When I was looking at what ice cream I wanted to get I couldn't tell which one was which there was no name tags. The reason which really grossed me out is when I was looking at the ice creams one of them had two dead flys in them. I was so grossed out. I loved going to Blue Oasis with my family and getting ice cream, but now I don't ever want to go back. I hope everyone will read my review and never go to Blue Oasis again.

I’m not sure what happened to this place. It’s really gone downhill. They didn’t have any of my long time favorites (red velvet, coffee, and Frankenstein). The few ice cream flavors they did have aren’t even clearly labeled. Tried the Caramel Pretzel and Rocky Road. They were okay but not the great flavor of Blue Oasis in the past. The pretzels were just weird, I couldn’t taste the caramel, and there was ice crystals in the Caramel Pretzel. As for the Rocky Road, it wasn’t the dark brown I’m used to, more of a tan color. I couldn’t taste marshmallows or chocolate. Very disappointing.

I have had way better ice cream at similar places. There chocolate ice cream was nothing to write home to momma about and it had a very milky taste. Avoid this place at all costs.

The lady working was very nice and polite and hooked me up on the price probably because it was near closing time. Off those things alone I will always come here over Baskins or Marble for as long as they're open and I'm in Lubbock TX.
