This is by far the WORST chick fil A I’ve ever been too. There hasn’t been a time that I’ve come here where the store isn’t filthy and my order is right. Just today my salads lettuce was wilted, and it didn’t even have blue cheese crumbles on it. And they gave me the wrong ranch.
I don’t know if new management needs to take over, or a new training class is needed , but something needs to happen.
I def won’t be coming back to this location.

chick FIL -a one of my favorite place to take my kids BUT one week ago we went inside to eat before they closed at 9 pm !!!! We went inside at 8:51 the girl that was on register told us we could only order for carry out since they would close at 9 and I told her it wasn't 9 yet and she said we couldn't eat in okay I understood and left cause we wanted to eat inside since we are not from Lubbock.... customers behind us (2 white couples) with two grandsons ordered we got on are...read full review
