Driving with my niece Kennady White to Ft. Collins. Co for college went through Lubbock and had to stop at Choochia for the best thia food. Haven’t there in 10 or 11 years.
Talking about making the Panang cury and how I can’t get it quite right next think I know the chef/owner is giving me tips some of his thia basil plants to grow at home. And even some panang curry paste. I haven’t been able to find it in Corpus Christi. Best detour ever.
