This place is Awesome!!! The service is fantastic, the food is awesome and the quantity of food is great. Highly highly recommend this place. I ordered a 2 entry plate to go and could only eat half of it and had to save the rest for another meal.

They give you a lot of food for your money at this restaurant. That being said the food is lacking on flavor! The service consists of a service line where the food is in front of you and you make your selection. In my humble opinion Panda does not have anything to worry about, I usually try to give a restaurant a second chance to impress me and will will do so about a month down the line. I will update my review to see if anything has changed and give an update.

You do get a tremendous amount of food and most is really good, but the rice. It had very little to no flavor and had a strange after taste kinda like it was scorched. Would of mentioned to owner(?) that was there but he spend all his time playing on his phone.

Loce, love, love the honey chicken. And the portions are huge. You can make two meals out of one order. Really good egg rolls. You must check it out.

I got a 2 entrée plate of broccoli beef and mixed vegetables with rice. The service was quick and efficient; however, my food was bland. The only thing that seemed to have salt in it was the rice. I couldn't tell if the broccoli beef was burnt or maybe a smoked oil of some sort was used. Either way, it was not to my liking.

Good food and lots of it for the price. Friendly staff. They usually make small portions for the serving area so the food is fresh when ordered. Haven't tried the freshly cooked entrees from the teriyaki grill yet, but I'm sure they are tasty as well. So, very glad to find delicious Chinese food here in Lubbock like we had back in KS. A true favorite of ours. Yum, yum!
