The guy at the steak station refuses to acknowledge me and today he and another employee looked right at me, turned their backs and walked away. Then I heard him tell another employee they dropped something as he walked by. I guess he's rude to everyone.

Boris is an exceptional attendant. He interacts with people and ensures that they are always take care of. His attitude and demeanor is always calm and consistent. When I go there I always look for him and see if any tables are available in his area.
