“I love this location. They are always so attentive to the customers to make sure they are pleased . Ashley , Gaby and Will were the best tonight. Will cooked up some good food . My Husband had the fish for the first time and it was delicious. Ashley was super sweet , they had crafts kits for my daughter to do. Gaby was very helpful with the request I had for items . It's nice to see a establishment caring for their customers and taking the extra effort to walk around and conversate with the customers to make sure everything is to their liking . Definitely a location to continue to come to .“
“Food was amazing, not heavy and not too light, comfortably full. Waitress was really nice and patient with willingness to give us recommendations since it was our first time. Calm and fun atmosphere, actually felt like we were on a vacation with no hurry and drinks were refilled regularly without us needing to ask. Great experience ?.“
“The food and portion sizes were amazing. We ordered a Philadelphia roll, a teriyaki salmon bento, and an order of chicken lo mean. The service was attentive but not in your face. I dropped my fork and was met with a clean one without even asking. The tea served was a nice Jasmine tea and the atmosphere was very calm and quiet. You feel like it's your own personal place. Definitely worth a shot.“
“First time coming here. Came with my family and significant other. When we first walked in. There wasn’t a hostess to greet us. Nothing major. Did take her a bit to come greet us and take our name down (party of 5). We sit down at wait for our turn to be seat. She walked back over to us to inform us that there was another part ahead of us. Which I already knew. Once we were seated. A waitress came to get all of our drink orders. Then placed our order once she came back. Waited a bit for the cook to come. He was behind entertaining!! Wish I got his name. The food was amazing! They do “drench” the food with teriyaki sauce but I for one love that! Don’t like when I can’t taste all the flavors. Towards the end when we got the check. It felt like we were being rushed to leave. Could have been just us though. It was close to their closing time. Overall, it was pretty good. Oh! The decor was beautiful! Do wish more parts of their walls were completely bare but I digress. It was a pretty awesome place.“
“This establishment is my favorite Japanese restaurant in Lubbock. The staff is exceptionally courteous and accommodating, and they were very welcoming of my service dog, Bailey, who was in her pouch at the time. The food is delicious and of high quality.“

“I LOVED this location, all of the staff were incredibly nice, but the one who was the most outstanding was the girl named “Essence” (hope i spelled that right), her attitude and bright personality made the whole exchange a lot less awkward and she made sure that she got my order right, (always asked if she entered the right item) and she just generally made the interaction a lot easier. “I love the inside aesthetic. The lighting feels just right. Perfect for a date, meal with friends, or any kind of meeting. The waiter we had was one of calmest and kindest waiters I've ever had, and that pushed my experience above and beyond. The food was amazing and on point. My only complaint would be the spring rolls, maybe the egg rolls too. A puffy cheeto makes it feel embarrassed. Overall it was an amazing restaurant. Especially for the area.“
“I was pleasantly surprised to find this restaurant does fresh hand pulled noodles!!! This was a treat! When I checked it the menu online it looked like they had vegetarian soup options but I did not see them on the in person menu. So I went with the pan fried sliced noodles with veggies. While there was egg in the dish I do with they had more protein options such as edamame or tofu. Another dishes did have edamame so I think this is something they could easily do. It was a large portion, you can probably share with someone. I enjoyed the chili oil, and the noodles were nice and thick. If would def check this place out again if I am in the area.Vegetarian options: Check the dry noodle section they have two noodle options that can be ordered with only veggie. They also have a vegetarian egg roll.“
