Js Creamery has the hands down best custard ever. the customer service is top notch and i’ve never been disappointed with my desserts. they have a great atmosphere and always have something new to try!

Wow. I used to get a small custard with cherries. Today I was told I could have only one cherry for 25c. Which is roughly same price as gold!!! The chocolate custard is nice though.

J's is the best custard I've ever had. I recently moved to Lubbock and heard the fuss about J's and it is all warranted! Great service, excellent concretes and wonderful flavors. I bet this place does the business in July! And I'm happy to say that I will at J's in July and all the other months. DQ Blizzards don't even compare.

I just happened to be in the area paying a visit to my bank when, what's this? Ice cream just a walk away across the parking lot? And the sign says they've got salty Oreo, one of my most obscurely favorite ice cream flavors in the world? I'm in! Ever since moving here from a much larger city back east, there's been a hole in my heart where high quality, local ice cream once resided. Particularly where the aforementioned flavor once resided. Here, I was not disappointed. They serve it primarily as a "concrete". This is basically what us commoners know as the Dairy Queen Blizzard. It's somewhere between hand scooped and milkshake, but it's not falling out or spilling when turned upside down. The quality of this ice cream is unmatched by anything I've ever had before in Lubbock. They have plenty of other flavors and styles to choose from, but I know exactly which one I will always come back for. Service was very friendly and with a smile. Prices are on the higher side ($6 for a medium concrete) but reflective of the quality. I love the spacious covered patio and the outdoor only seating style. No doubt it will be poppin' in summer, so get it now and beat the rush.

Absolutely love the ice cream but the accuracy of orders is not the best. Ordered a pint of the cinnamon churro, which was confirmed at the speaker. At the window, the lady asks for lids for our “pints”. Yes, but we only ordered one. She hands us 2 cups of regular vanilla custard. I’m assuming these are the pint sizes but not what we ordered. At this point we had waited 20ish minutes in line and have a toddler that we don’t want to keep up any longer. So just confirm the accuracy of your order before taking off The ice cream is great but really wish it was the right flavor!

I enjoyed a delightful Salted Caramel and Classic hot chocolate and also Chocolate Kiss Concrete at this ice cream shop. Their hot chocolate is among the best, and it’s a top-notch spot for creamy frappes and shakes. Highly recommended!
