The kiosk indoors was giving them trouble but they quickly brought me forward to place my order manually. Super kind, came back to the play area multiple times to check on us after bringing our food. Quite a different experience than I'm used to at McDonald's, seriously above and beyond. Also Christian music on the speakers?? Whaaaat? We visited early in the morning between 8:30 and 9. DT was super backed up.
Juan was super sweet & helpful! My mobile app wasn’t working, I called in order he confirmed my order and said I take a look at the app for you! He came out with my order and checked out the app for me! That’s above and beyond we need more people with this kind of customer service! I’ll be sure to tell all my friends and family about how awesome Juan is!
