Ordered food at the drive thru window. Y order consisted of chicken fajita plate. Got home and there were no flour tortillas. Why would you not put flour tortillas with a fajita dinner. Very disappointed in this. These are the same people that want minimum wages increased but take no pride in QCing the orders.

2 seperate meals was supposed to come with guacamole each... they forgot it. When asking for it, they didn't seem to understand and then combined the two into one container.I don't want to have to split it with the other person, so had to ask for another one. Training is needed and maybe give one of the employees the job of verifying meals before releasing to costumers?

What an amazing experience here. The service given by Ms Jennifer was some of the best service we have ever received. Supported by her amazing Manager Ms Kimberly, they made our first experience here one to remember. The chicken enchiladas in white sauce were a perfect 10. The tortillas were amazing and everything was perfect! We are coming back tomorrow!
Rosa's is hard to beat for good, fast Mexican food. The employees are friendly and the food is always good. I had the #4 cheese enchilada dinner and a #51 steak and quac fajita soft taco. Everything was freshly made and tasted great. I like the medio caliente salsa, but they're all good. And they have Coke Zero.

We did order takeout, but I perused the dining area and found it quaint and trendy for a local Lubbock restaurant. Fast and easy ordering. Place was busy, even at 1:30 ish, but greeted and our order promptly taken. We waited afew minutes. Gathered up salsas and pico to take with us. Super clean. The tortillas were fresh!!! So I was super pleased with the entire meal. I had a combo for about 11.00. Lots of food and saved a portion for dinner. So, great visit and good Mexican food.Parking: Lots is the best descriptionKid-friendliness: Super kid friendly. Lots of tables.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access.

Not the highest quality Mexican food but it is always a favorite place to go as the food IS very tasty and they make your orders very fast. We always love going there. Nice Mexican atmosphere! We do dine in and take out. They made a mistake with my last order and with my receipt they gave me what they gave me by mistake and made the correct plate in one minute. Service is ALWAYS great, and friendly!Dietary restrictions: Can't say much except it is NO issue for them to make your order without cheese, if you have a dairy intollerance.
Ordered #8 beef fajita carbon plate and ONLY THE TOP 1/4 OF BOTH TACOS HAD GUACAMOLE ON IT. Sent feedback haven't heard anything. And I HAVE PICTURES.WAS NOT WORTH $14.49

Can’t beat fast service & delicious food! Being a Mexican myself, Rosa’s is amazing & wont disappoint! For a family I would recommend the family fajita platter. Don’t forget the chips & queso!!! ???
