Food is still good, as long as you're there on a good cook day. It's been around for a really long time, and just like all the old Lubbock restaurants, the people working there are annoyed you want anything and the food is hit or miss. I've walked out of there in the past year or 2 more times than I've stayed to eat.
Saigon in Lubbock, TX, offered a delightful dining experience that left us with a blend of culinary memories. We decided to try an array of dishes and drinks to get a taste of their offerings.
