Called them to order a burger over the phone but was told they only take orders physically in the restaurant or at the bar. I was looking forward to their burger since I am from out of state but going to have to try another burger local joint that will let you order ahead. Seems like a very odd policy considering I may be stuck at the bar for 30 minutes waiting.

Visiting the fresh American left a bad taste in my mouth. You can feel the animosity between staff in the atmosphere. The food was decent at best, but the wait time was atrocious. It seemed like they were filling the place up as much as possible without the adequate wait staff for all tables. My food came out cold, as if it was sitting out waiting to be delivered. I do not recommend eating at the Fresh American.

Love the atmosphere it’s a bit loud but other than that it’s beautiful place. The portions are a little small, but the food was good. I really enjoyed the deviled eggs and the drinks are amazing.

The place and ambiance was really good. One of the freshest design I have seen. The seating at the patio was too comfortable. The food was good but has a different touch from the chef. The taste is ok and serving size is on the medium size. It's good if you prefer that. Overall it should be 4.5 stars.

Was looking forward because of all the positive talk about this place. Sad to say I was underwhelmed. Waited a while to be acknowledged. Appetizer (risotto) was nothing great and had an odd taste, long wait for food, entree(pesto salmon pasta special) was decent, portions small, left still hungry.

Edit: The manager reached out and seemed genuinely concerned about our experience. We're going to give it another go.Their servers need to learn the menu better. Told ours about an allergy, took them 30 min to figure it out and they still messed it up. I left hungry.

After hearing great things about this restaurant we decided to try it out to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. After being seated the server spilled the water all over my fiancés jeans and then overfilled my water on to the table. Mistakes happen so we weren’t bothered by it. We then ordered our entrees after getting our appetizer. 50 minutes go by our server comes by to say that there is only 1 cook and it would be just be another 5 minutes until we get our food. We said okay due to us getting our drinks and appetizer. Another probably 15 minutes go by and our server informed us that the lamb that we had ordered was not available, over an hour later after ordering said entree. At this point we opted to get our check and cancel the other entree due to not knowing whether we would be getting out of our dinner before the 3 hour mark. At the very least, I would’ve expected a manger to stop by and apologize for the wait or just to check in, however that did not happen. I asked our server if there was only 1 cook the entire time and he said that yes, there was only one cook the whole time. Had we known this, we probably would’ve opted to go else where since we both had work the next morning and didn’t want to wait hours for our meals. I had very high expectations for this new restaurant, but was very, very disappointed.
Food and drinks were a 10/10. Our server Riley also did a great job, definitely will be going back!

This place is very nice ! The filet was cooked just the way I like it! Cocktails were very nice also! And Michelle was a doll so attentive to us and made sure we had everything we needed! She is one of the sweetest servers I’ve come across in a long time . Was a great experience and will be back most definitely ?

We came in for a birthday celebration dinner and the chef gave us complimentary fresh French fries! Such an amazing experience! Our server Michelle made sure to help with the menu and gave us great suggestions on the food. Will most definitely request her next time we come in! Amazing all around!
