I only share this after repeated attempts to speak to the ownership in regards to the repeated issues in charging for items not received, prepared incorrectly, and overall blatant lack of concern for customer service. Your order will probably be right 1/3 of the time, you will pay for items you don't receive, and nobody cares. It's truly sad!

The fries tasted old. The bacon burger was dry, hardly any mayo. The spicy chicken sandwich was McDonald's size and also dry.

This morning I went to get breakfast for myself and my son in law after staying all night at the hospital with my daughter. When I got home and opened my food I was surprised at what I saw. I ordered the sausage biscuit sandwich and it looked at though it had been under a heat lamp for a month. The biscuit was a dark brown, egg and cheese had a brown hint to them and hard. I have never in all my years going to Whataburger for breakfast was served such horrible food. I won't be going back.

Went with my family for lunch and I must say our food was horrible u could tell they kept using old grease for fries and onion rings were horrible...our burgers weren't spicy how the green chili usually spicy but not this time ...very disappointed maybe this is why I don't do other locations!!!
Consistently the worst WB I’ve had. Orders are wrong, food’s cold, and whatever you want to call that abomination of “gravy” in the attached picture. Neither the location nor corporate care about your feedback, either. 0 stars if possible.
