I haven’t been there in years. Took my son there because it’s his favorite place to eat. There was no lettuce in the salad bar. No pasta of any kind choice of pizza was pepperoni and pepperoni with jalapeños and a sausage and a cheese. That’s it. Bathroom was disgusting, Pizza’s were cold and the staff was rude when they had time away from their personal phones

We were so disappointed , have not been to a Cicis in years. The pizza was cold, and greasy. They did not refresh the bar while we were there . We couldn't even finish eating what we got. My husband and I were so upset . The bathrooms had not been cleaned . I remember Cici's having good food . Not this time.

I have not been there in 15 years. I go to Herraduras a couple times a week, CiCis tags me. It was good last time I went, but paid for the buffet, and it had 1 pizza. Had to leave before they had more.

Not worth the price at all. The food is terrible. Nearly every single one of their drinks were out. No soap in the bathroom. You have to clean your own table now, which has been the case for a while now. The arcade was trash. Down the clown only had one ball. The basketball game had 0 balls. And the shooting game took your credits but didn’t work but we didn’t realize it was taking credits until it emptied our card. We just thought it wasn’t reading the card. We told the workers they said they would put an out of order sign but did nothing else. So we wasted quite a bit of money on games that didn’t work and didn’t get that money back.

Couldn't find an online order. Got the order and they can't tell between bone on wings and boneless wings. Food is decent if you get what you ordered.
No where near worth the money they charge. Spent 35 minutes there and only choice of pizza was cheese. Or spinach. No salad bar. One buffet with Dr pepper was 17.48. Ended up having to go to China hibachi to actually get some food
One person working the buffet! One slice of pizza for the whole buffet, people waiting. Give that one guy a raise....poor man working alone!

Came in with my daughter for her birthday, it's her actual favorite place to eat. The salad bar was bare except for beets and croutons. There was no pasta out , just broth. There were 2 half pizzas on the buffet and a sign that said " ask for fresh pizza" . We waited 20 minutes for the 1 lady that was working to finally get to ask for pizza. The cashier ( I guess) was outside with another worker, sitting in his suburban ; which was parked right outside the entrance ( which is where he came from when we walked in to pay)Overall this CiCis failed me today . It was really a disappointment to only get 3 pieces of cheese bread and 2 cinnamon buns for 25$$

The cashier said they weren't honoring the Monday and Tuesday 4.99 adult buffet anymore. All of the pizza and food was old, and there were no attempts to make anything fresh even once customers started coming, all of the employees there were smoking outside the door or sitting in one of the booths, the ice and Dr. Pepper was out, and they were out of black pepper.

Cashier gave me two glasses, very sticky. They felt like they had been rolled in maple syrup. Got new glasses got to soda machine and NO ICE. Went to bathroom to wash my hands as they were very sticky and guess what ? NO paper towels or dryer to dry them off. Great start to this visit. Pizza was good though.

Haf a lot of pizza out but just keep refilling with same. Not a huge rotation. Didn't care for the new tator tot and bacon pizza. Tasted like stale hasbrowns that were freezer burnt.
