We went to Houston, TX, for our anniversary, but on our way home, we stopped at this Golden Corral, I don't like Golden Corral but my husband do because of the steaks they cook. Well, this doesn't do any cooking steaks, but they have one of the most beautiful spread of food. I have not been to a Golden Corral since before the beginning of Covid. The food options were pretty good. The food was warm and the buffet was fresh. I did spend around $40 for 2 with a drink. We left there full.

I’ll start with the food. It was good. I expected a little more variety being in a city the size of Lufkin but it was good. One of the reasons I continually choose GC is the pot roast.
