“My family and I have ordered from them several times now. The portions are really good, but my wife and I don't enjoy the flavor of the pizzas for some reason. We tried 2 or 3 types, but did not enjoy them. Keep in mind, we love pizza! Our kids really liked their pepperoni pizza though! Now to mention the gyros. They are really good, in my opinion! On a last note, my wife said they are very friendly there when she goes to pick up our orders. I recommend giving this place a try for sure! We will be ordering from them again without a doubt. Who knows, maybe I will try a different pizza next time! :)”

“We stopped in this morning on the way to Houston. Our waitress was super nice and took our order immediately. Out of Boredom or curiosity I decided to time our order. From the time she started to call out our order until she sat it down at our table was 3 min and 28 seconds. It was correct as delicious as always. They never disappoint. “Phenomenal experience from entrance to exit! The waiter (Codey) and trainee (TJ) were very kind and attentive, the blackened fish and steak were delicious, and the owner was walking around interacting with his customers. The experience could not have been better. Lumberton is fortunate to have!”

“Well for starters if you need another reason to love them, they have the amigo card. It’s a card for people in crisis. You could pay it forward when local town flooded and people were stuck out of their houses. Juans brought them food goes above and beyond. You never want for anything when you’re there. Great customer service above and beyond the best around the owner personally comes out. Shakes your hand ask you how the food is if you have a problem, he handles it. You disrespect his weight, he handles you at the end of the day. It’s a must try when coming to town. Best tamales the Birra ramen is amazing. The close I say you should run for mayor of Lumberton because you do this community. “Excellent food and great customer service! We had catering done for a dinner party we had. Everything was hot and delicious. They gave you everything to serve dinner with and more even down to the plates and utensils. Everyone raved on how delicious the food was. My brother picked up the food from the restaurant and said they were organized, fast and very helpful and friendly. We will definitely use them again and we highly recommend them as well. Thank you Napoli's for wonderful customer service and great food!”

“Had lunch here with my mom and grandma! Got the chicken salad and it was delicious and also got a coffee. The customer service was amazing! “Delicious! I have never been to an Arby’s before but decided to try the Lumberton location. I ordered the Roast Beef Gyro and it was perfect!! The Staff was great too!!! Will definitely be back.”

“I've ordered online numerous of times. Mostly positive experiences. Once I ordered a fall smoothies, paid for it and when I went to the drive thru to pick it up, the worker said they weren't getting any pumpkin orders. He suggested I leave my name and come back?! I asked since I paid for one, can he make me something else, he did. Another time I tried to order for pickup on the way home from the hospital about 1:30pm, it states this location is now closed? I checked Google, it does have new business hours. I haven't confirmed, I don't drive past the location on my direct route. But super disappointed that I couldn't grab it. Will have to call and confirm next time I crave a smoothie.”

My brother and I both ordered lunch specials. He said his Moo Goo Gai Pan was the best he's had since he was in Hong Kong. My General Tso's Chicken was excellent. The portions were huge, their prices were not. It isn't a pretty place to dine-in but it's a great place for take-out!”

“I went to DQ in Lumberton last night. My order took a little longer than expected. The manager noticed me waiting to the side and came to check on me. I gave her my receipt and she was upset I had been waiting 30 minutes. She immediately went to the back and checked on my order. The order was brought out hot and fresh and let’s just say she made it right. Everyone was working hard and sometimes things just happen. Lumberton DQ rocks. I’ll be back. Great customer service every time.”

“It's good as long as you eat it while it's hot because once it cools down it turns to crap my kids love it though and for $6.49 a pizza You're definitely getting your money's worth so like I said hot and ready means hot and ready to eat now otherwise it turns into cardboard. And their employees are kind of probably the bottom of the barrel because they clearly don't like their jobs they always seem to be in a bad mood or huffy puffy and doen't matter what location.”
