Holy cow, the new kid at the window 6:00 p.m. on December 23rd was the most amazing individual to deal with. What a sweetheart. That's the way Whataburger ought to be A+ higher. He needs a day off with pay. Thanks Whataburger finally!
They didn't give us the fries we ordered. Had to go back through drive thru. Then acted like we did get them. We bought 40 something dollars every time we go. Just poor service.

The French fries were cold and mushy. The WhataWings were terrible! Ordered Buffalo sauce flavor, and only 2 pieces had a tiny bit of sauce. Lots of fat/gristle. Ordered a justaburger w/cheese, and I asked for extra mustard and got no mustard. Also asked for lemon packets, but there wasn't any. I'm very disappointed!
