We went late one night after a movie. All of the food was very fresh and hot. The server, Jacob was attentive to refilling our water glasses and checking on our status. The music was not so loud that it prohibited us from having a conversation. It was a very enjoyable evening.
If I could give 0 starts I would!!! I placed an online order yesterday and the food wasn’t cooked well so I order a different item the pasta and shrimp last night when I finished eating about an hour later my stomach was in knots I began throwing up every where I was on the toilet all night!!! I will never eat there again!!! I’m not sure if they did something to my food because I returned the first item or what!!

We started going to Chili's on Wednesday nights after meetings after Christmas. We kept getting sat in Haley's section. She remembered us every week, suggested new things for us to eat and was so much fun. This Wednesday, we didn't have a meeting and were headed to another restaurant when we were passing Chili's. We changed course and headed to Chili's just to see Haley. She is awesome!

I'll be honest this Chilli's is hit or miss. Sometimes the service is fantastic and others it's lacking. I get the feeling that they are unstaffed sometimes. The food is always hot and fresh. The majority of the time the wait staff is attentive and helpful. Other times not so much. It's been better the last few times I have been. I'll go here again.
We were a group of 4. We had been at the restaurant for over 3 hours and had 2-3 mixed drinks. The waiter told us we were cut off from getting anymore drinks. We were not loud, slurring words, or intoxicated by any means. No one ever explained why we could not drink anymore. No one could explain the policy behind this.
