I know the drive through can be a bit long, but the service inside today for our entire team was great. The team was on it even with a new person at one of the registers! Good job by the manager as well. Very attentive and the food came out in a timely fashion.

I had a great Double Steakhouse Meal at the Whataburger on Broad in Mansfield, TX. Ms. KayBreezy made sure my food was hot and delicious. She greeted me with a smile and was very professional. Reminds me of the good old days! Thank you Ms. Breezy.

We just ordered there today about 9pm, and I believe it was an African American lady who was being rude in the drive-thru while taking our order and didn't give us a moment to decide on our meal. She kept saying they didn't have salads and no shakes. We arrived at the window, and it was a white lady who was hiding her name tag and was rude not only taking long to give us the food, but just handed it to my husband and ignored my husband after he had asked for ketchup. We didn't leave without the ketchup, and she was still rude for how she took care of the customers. She didn't give us a receipt either. Whataburger deserves better employees for a night shift. They need to fire those employees b/c it's not "just how you like it". Don't come at night until those people get replaced.

This location unfortunately is plagued by staff that do not care and very long wait times. I've been to many Whataburgers and this location by far is one of the worst as far as wait times, even when not that busy.
