“Miss Vickie is one of the most kind, hardworking, and detailed women I’ve had the pleasure of volunteering with for an event! She and her team seamlessly ensured our 600+ person event held in the middle of a central Texas ranch was well fed and well taken care of… including nearly 100 of us who had special dietary restrictions or needs. Miss Vickie’s team flawlessly navigated disgruntled jerks, drunk humans, and all flavors of people that come to these events. 10/10 would recommend Miss Vickie and her team for any of your catering needs“
“Ran out of shrimp and other things on the menu. We lucked out with the fried catfish plate, Cole slaw and fries, and trust me: we enjoyed every bite! Due to the food shortage they encountered, the manager threw in a cheese cake slice, which was a great gesture!!!! Give this place a visit to decide for yourself as I feel you won't be disappointed.“
“Good visit. The staff were great. Super friendly.. While the food was good, it not the same as in the past.. The portions leave something to be desired.. All in all, this location is in a smaller town, not a metropolis. And is one of the limited sit down restaurants in the area..“
“Cute café with good food just three miles from Inks Lake State Park. It's attached to a store at a gas station. We had cheeseburgers with choice of cheese on really delicious sourdough buns. Sweet potato fries and cole slaw as sides and one order of hushpuppies a la carte. Everything we had was served fresh and hot. At the start of the meal we were offered complimentary pinto beans and they were delicious too. Sparse gluten free options (burgers w/o bun, salad, loaded baked potato).“
“It was good, had their red fish with the best sticky white rice I've ever had ever! The fish was extremely good. Unfortunately I tried a Moscow mule for the first time and did not like it I would have put some simple syrup in it as I was a one time bartender.“
“The bruck was delicious. From eggs, bacon, biscuits, and gravy to chicken and waffles. Bloody Mary's are excellent, not too thick. We have also had the amazing crab legs, boudin balls, fried catfish, pepper jack hush puppies, gumbo, and cajun Alfredo pasta, which is all very good. The servers are very nice and attentive. The bar tenders have always made exceptional drinks. We have never been disappointed.“
“The food was excellent and perfectly portioned. The service was spot on, efficient and friendly. The cocktails we ordered were fantastic and well crafted. The view was amazing on the sunny day we went. This place was incredible and we had a great meal. We actually made reservations to go back the next day on the way out because we think the food and view is one of, if not the best in Horseshoe Bay and we didn't want to risk going anywhere else on vacation.“
“The Yacht Club is a great place for a romantic dinner. The hostess was amazing and moved us to a nicer section with a view when she learned that we were celebrating our anniversary. The food was delicious and the staff ensured that our dietary restrictions were accommodated. If we're in the area again, we would definitely go back.“
“Susan made my fiance's birthday awesome at the bar with a surprise slice of cake. The food was great, her dirty martini was spot on. The entire experience was a win because of her personality and drinks. There need to be more bartenders like her. An awesome experience overall. Will come back to see her again soon.Dietary restrictions: You can find vegetarian options on the menu.Parking: There is both valet and self parking.“
“The food has always been very good at Rea's Bar & Grill. All three of us were very satisfied. The meals were served hot with seasoned fries, which were excellent. The only issue we had was that the service was slow. No one asked me if I wanted another adult beverage. We will return to the restaurant. The food is excellent and will not send you to the poor house.“
