It’s an amazing experience customer service is phenomenal, food is amazing and a great place to hangout.
The food is actually good but the SERVICE is terrible! Last night I had a very bad experience that didn't have to go as bad as it did. I ordered and paid for a condiment, was asked to pull over while they cook my food, to only be harassed by the employee that walked out with my food WITHOUT the extra condiments THAT I PAID FOR! Instead of hearing me out that employee walked off. So as I'm walking in the restaurant the same employee doesn't approach the employee that took my order it's someone else and I politely said, "He doesn't have a clue of what we are talking about so why are you even asking him?" He walks off to get the manager and she approaches the counter with a HOSTILE AND AGGRESSIVE ATTITUDE from the beginning of the attempted explanation and I tell her the same, "Ma'am you need to call him over here so he can vouch to what I am saying." The young man that took my order walks over and she IMMEDIATELY shoes him away and starts speaking in spanish. Long story short she SLAMMED my condiment on the counter in which at this point I ask for a refund. I need a REGIONAL DIRECTOR or above to contact me about this matter as their earliest convenience.
I was very impressed with the service and staff at Golden Chick. My delivery was made on time and the food was delicious. I highly recommend Virginia and staff! Awesome job!
