We had an amazing experience at Injae Fan last night. It was very busy because it was a weekend evening, but the movements of the Injae Fan staff were professional. The hibachi chefs were very friendly and put on a classy show, and the sushi was as fresh as I've had at an omakase restaurant in Dallas. The box was kept the same and the plating was fantastic. Pretty good food. Hibachi beef was a little dry but the veggies were good. The udon was good but nothing over the top. Pretty pricey for the quality of food but the portions are huge.
