Well I was there and got told by rather rude workers that I can't come in for an interview cuz I was early. And I set the schedule up myself..if its not possible to schedule an interview before 10:30.. Why is it an option. This is the most unorganized and rude employees I've ever met. Such a bummer !! We use to luv KFC in Marshall TX.NO MORE !! They've gone down hill.Last night 2-8-24 our fries were old & cold (yuck), got the big box chicken, supposed to have 3 pieces of chicken only got 2, barley warm. No dipping sauce for the tenders we ordered, out of desserts, NO unsweetened tea & only one kind of sugar free drink.We'll be going to one of the many other fried chicken places we have here in Marshall.

Said BOTH men's and women's bathrooms out of order; but men's worked. Floor was slippery with grease. Dirty looks from staff. Recommend going somewhere else.

I ordered online for a promo and they cancelled my order. It was 30 minutes before close and they told me to take it up with corporate. Card had already run my payment and then they wanted to sell it to me at an up charge when I got there. The the manager gave me a number for a sex line and not corporate customer service at that.

I ordered a #2 and #8,ORIGINAL, didn't look at it til I got home, chicken was black , so hard I couldn't eat it, I told the manager the day about it she offered some free food,I didn't want it. I told her if they don't do better KFC will end up like CHURCHES

I have order food four times because my wife wanted KFC. This Marshall TX location is just pitiful for customers service. When you pay 35 to 40 dollars for food you expect to get what you pay for.I had to drive all the way back for two large coleslaws not in the bag.Other time two boxes of chicken nuggets were missing. The funny thing was they dumped plenty of dipping sauces in the bag. Other time I ordered boxes of chicken strips got home and found two chicken legs and a winging the box. All thing shit happened every time I went there. Once I went inside to order to watch two customer walk up to the counter to order to only be ignored by employees and walk out the door.I really don't want to even give to place one star. So do your self a favor and going down the street to Chicken Express or Golden Chick. To be honest the chicken from the Marshall TX Walmart deli is better then the crap you will receive at this place. I hope this helps someone else. Buyer be ware

Finger liking good. This place was a life saver yesterday 6/17/23 during the Marshall power outage. They had electricity and the dining room was cool, while my house had No power. Thank you KFC for letting us dine-in.
