Asked for a Large Strawberry Shake, they put up a Large Chocolate Shake, I pressed the button again and said I just wanted a Large Strawberry Shake, they just added a Meduim Strawberry Shake making the total higher. I said I just want a Large Strawberry Shake and theyre like "Want me to take it off?" I said "Yes I just want a Large Strawberry Shake." They just took off the Chocolate Shake and it just said 1 Medium Strawberry Shake. I'm like "Alright I guess they just wanted to be sorry for the convienence and I paid. They came out with a Medium Shake and I asked if it was a Large. They said its a Medium bc that was on the reciept. I explained the whole situation to a crew member and i said ill pay the difference and she went back got me a Large Strawberry Shake and asked me to pay full again. I said I already originally paid for the medium shake. Did they not refund it? She just said let me check. Stood here for 10minutes just for her to finally say "Oh yeah your free to go!" What a waste of time.

Super hot day here. The food was warm & fresh tasting. The hand made shake was tasty, except I forgot to say "no whipped cream on top" and the order taker forgot to ask (so I scrapped it off). Additionally they didn't give me napkins. Other than that... it was a good visit.

Ordered four drinks and sat there for over ten minutes. The lady next to me ordered three drinks pulled in after us and got hers before us. We pushed the button twice with no answer so we left after ordering! Poor service and lack of acknowledging customers.
