“Food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. The waitress was super friendly. My only issue was that the speaker was very difficult to hear the order-taker through.”
“wonderful service with a great attitude, flavors that will please even the pickiest palates and great prices to boot. I tried the spicy chicken sandwich and the loaded chicken crepe and both we're absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back again and again. Thanks guys”
“I took my fiancé for his first visit! I could not believe how delicious the shrimp and grits are! I paired mine with the bowl of fruit, which isn't in season right now and tasted less ripe than I desired, it's February, so I'll try the fruit again in the summer. He had a cuban sandwich which he doesn't like mayo, but other than that said it was perfect. He complimented that the balance between the meats and veggies and crunch on the bread made for a delicious sandwich. His was paired with French fries. We both had their sweet tea with lemon and they have the best in town. It isn't overly sweet, and has a great tea flavor. To finish off our meal we shared the bread pudding with rum butter sauce. Fantastic!! No raisins or nuts, just simple and plain, toasty on top, moist bread pudding, and the sweet sauce tops it off so perfectly, which is why I give Old Orange Cafe an all 5 Star rating!”
“I love these ladies! They are always so happy.. Theirs one lady there who has the biggest brightest most beautiful smile.. I told my daughter you know their food has got to be amazing because they cook with love and happiness and when you cook with love boy that shiit good!! Go by and see them they'll brighten up your day!!”
“I adore this place, I really do. Full Disclosure: If your idea of great Italian food is the fare they serve at Pizza Hut, or if your favorite family restaurant has always been the Olive Garden, this restaurant may disappoint your expectations. But not because Luigi's is disappointing; it'll be because your expectations are. Luigi's serves homey, Little Italy-style dishes that cover the full range of classic Italian-American cuisine. The food is simple, earthy, and satisfying. Everything is cooked to order, so component substitutions are welcome. Any pasta dish, for example, can be served over sauteed or grilled vegetables instead of pasta on request. Alcohol is not served by the restaurant, but patrons are invited to bring their own adult beverages in with them, and the staff is happy to open your wine or Champaign and offers appropriate glassware for each free of charge. Honestly I consider this more of a benefit than a disadvantage, as picking up your own bottle on the way to the restaurant instead of ordering wine by the glass once you get there saves you a small fortune on your dinner bill. I've been visiting Luigi's regularly for three years now, and the service has always, without exception, been wonderful. Luigi's may provide the best dining service in the Southeast Texas region, I kid you not. The staff is friendly and professional. They are also all knowledgeable about the variety of traditional entrees on the menu you may not be familiar with - don't be afraid to ask! Don't be surprised if Luigi's proprietor, Armand, wanders over to your table to personally make sure everything is to your liking. Observing the familiarity he has with so many of his patrons as he flits from table to table has given me the impression that most of Luigi's diners are regular customers. I've come to believe that once people eat at Luigi's once, people will eat at Luigi's often. The menu price points are reasonable for this style of cuisine. It's not a "cheap" restaurant, but the pricing is comparable and competitive with most every other family dining restaurant in the area. Honestly I recommend this restaurant to anybody. Luigi's is probably my favorite restaurant in Orange, if not the whole Golden Triangle. Now that I'm thinking about it, it occurs to me that I'm craving Luigi's Eggplant Parmigiana; I think I'll pay them another visit tomorrow.”
“Plenty of parking. Boat ramp available on property. Patio and inoor seating. Very clean. You order and then find a seat. The food is great. The everyday special Bacon cheeseburger didn't look so big, but it definitely was filling. Boudain balls were yum.”
“Really enjoyed the dinner at this restaurant. My husband and I usually split entree's but decided to try different food dishes on this occasion. We were very happy that we did. The Black Forest cake was a delight. If you love German food this is definitely a place you need to go. The service was quick and friendly, we enjoyed the evening”
“Delicious brisket! The smoked mac n cheese was amazing! Green beans were flavorful! Great lunch with a nice covered picnic area. Only downfall is there are no restrooms.”
“I ordered the gyro fresco salad and greek sampler. It was nice and I enjoyed my meal. However, the restaurant had a rather strong smell when I picked up my order. It was kind of like it needed to be vented a little more. I am sensitive to smells and I didn't see this mentioned in any of the other reviews so maybe it's just me. I hope the owner can address this issue in the future.”
“There has never been any food in vidor close to as good as what this place has to offer. Delicious authentic Mexican food at a great price delivered quickly and with good service. To the owner this place needs a hug sign it can be a little hard to see driving bye and locals deserve to know about this place!”
“Ethan was my server. He recommended the Shrimp Quesadillas. Great suggestion! There were a ton of shrimp in the quesadillas, and they were perfectly cooked. It came with guacamole, pico di gallo, and jalapeño ranch to dip. It was all very tasty. The guacamole had small chuncks of avacado in it, indicating it was house-made. The pico was very fresh. And the jalapeño ranch had just a hit of heat. It all paired well with the shrimp quesadillas. Ethan was very attentive, without being too attentative. My tea never got close to empty. There was a great zydeco band playing awesome music. I will definitely be back!”
“Last night I was one of the last customers in line, arriving 15 mins before closing time. As usual the line was wrapped around the building, so I waited. I set out on a journey just to come to this spot for dinner for my bf and I. It's about an hour round trip. (Worth it.) My bf and I love the Pitmaster so I ordered each of us a sliced brisket sandwich and a side of potato salad and baked beans. I rush home so dinner will be waiting for him when he returns home, he's been working late and long hours I wanted to surprise him. I can hardly wait to eat mine, it smelled so delicious on the ride back home. I'm diabetic so I decided to go ahead and eat before it got much later, so I open the brown bag to pull out the baked beans and brisket sandwich and what I saw was potato salad and a turkey sandwich with pickles and onions. I do not prefer either so I just took them off and had no choice but to eat it. Everything is closed. I'm starving. Exhausted. And still had to make yet another trip into town to get something else for my bf to eat. DQ Steak basket is nowhere near equivalent but what can you do, everything is closed up for the nightI have now spent $40 and an hour and a half drive time to get him dinner. He was happy to have food, nonetheless. He chose to eat the potato salad with his DQ, so I handed him the large container and as he dove into it with his spoon he says, this is no potato salad, it's banana pudding!! ? His favorite. Almost* like grandma's! He loved it. So in the end, y'all still saved the day! Lol He says kudos to who ever is in charge of making the pudding. Thank y'all! I'll be coming back tomorrow, however for my brisket sandwiches”
“Tasty food that will delight your palate! Servers were attentive and friendly.I will suggest the Gyro & Fries and the Hummus. Barry Bowl is great too!If they dressed up the interior some, and dimmed the lights, it could take this place to the next level! Will be back many times!”
“Amazing breakfast burritos!! The portion sizes and prices were perfect. Authentic Mexican cooking. Homemade flour tortillas were so good. We don’t even live in Texas but I have starred this place for when we drive through here again!”

“The cup cakes and cookies we git here were absolutely fabulous! I could not stop eating the cookies. We had them decorated like basketballs for a senior night. They did an incredible job and had them done in a timely manner!”
“The food is delicious! They're a little higher priced than some Mexican restaurants in town, depending upon what dish you get, but well worth the price. The Birria menu and the Carnita menu are the best, the margaritas are yum and not watered down, and we LOVE the wait staff so much! They've become very good friends to us. ❤️ ❤️”
“Best Sushi and Hibachi grill in Orange, Texas. Fast and Great Service, Amazing food. Usually my go to’s is The Crobie Roll, crab puffs, fried rice, Crunch Roll and the Onion Soup.”
“Simple place to eat with decent food. Kind of pricey for what it is. Staff seems friendly. Have eaten inside a couple of times, but mostly get to-go. They charge extra for everything on to-go. Inside is tiny and cramped.”

“Pinehurst BBQ is My New "Go To" for Chicken. Everything I've tried so far is Delicious. Their Smoked Chicken, Dirty Rice and Cajun Vegetables are the Best I've Ever Eaten and By Far My Absolute Favorite. What I Can Recommend that isn't Listed Below is their Smoked Chicken, Pork Ribs and Sausage Links. I also got some Sliced Turkey Breast and brought it home and made a Delicious Sammich with it. I'm still New to them tho and just Haven't Tried Everything... YeT. ?”

“There was a bit of a wait when we last went, but it was the middle of the lunch rush. Our food came out correctly and hot, and the staff is always nice! They are excellent with kids too, as my little baby cousins like to go up and get their own ice cream with their kids meal. They make extra sure to understand them and get them the ice cream they want!”
