I went back to get order fixed got acknowledged & helped by manager and they gave me the same thing with the same mistake, gonna have to go a third time to take them the food back all cold hooding this gets right when it’s so hard just to get one order right with no rush and get chicken fries!!Called about 24x and nobody answers both time so a total of 48 calls nd no answer!No waonder this company doesn’t grow with success and their employees treat every problem like it’s whatever.One simple order nd wrong 3x how sad!! I’m even embarrassed to go back!!!

I would give them a negative star if I could. The manager claims not to know what is going on. Then why is she managing?? Bad customer service that's for sure.. not going back there again and I'm reporting her to the corporate office since she wants to be a CU Next Tuesday.

I just had a very negative experience overall. 09/27 at 9:11pm .. It’s a whole story, I would really like the opportunity to tell a manager for their own improvements.. but to keep it short.. My order was delayed. I didn’t mind I just didn’t want cold food. My food was cold. I was missing an item. I asked before I left is it all here.. My burger was made incorrectly. The onion rings were clearly re heated.. I unfortunately have nothing positive to say. I am most disappointed because that was a $30 order and it was all BAD.. I attempted to call the location multiple times to resolve the matter.. no one answered my call. We eat BK quite often.. this just makes me very mad
