Hello I visited your store inside La Plaza Mall in South Texas and as I was trying to fill my cup with add on’s the worker insisted I give him my cup and I told him what I wanted and he poured way more than that inside. When I told him I didn’t want all the juice from the strawberry balls he quickly passed it over to I’m assuming the lady in charge, she was an older lady and extremely rude. This place is over priced and the owner has her underage kids working in the back, they should look into this. I went in to buy a smoothie and they did not understand my order, once I let the owner know it was wrong she let me know she will not service me as she wasted a drink. " I even pointed at the smoothie I wanted"
