Absolutely horrible customer service! The lady that was working today Saturday first of all was rude when I was ordering the fruit on the yogurt. There was nobody behind us and she kept rushing us to choose, she didn’t even let my daughter finish ordering her toppings after the first topping my daughter was getting ready to order the sugar worms and she just placed it on the scale. I let it pass I didn’t tell her anything, I get it people have bad days sometimes… we paid and left but then my daughters yogurt tasted very “gasoline type” of taste it was weird nothing normal definitely didn’t taste edible, I kindly went up to the lady to let her know before somebody else tasted it, she kept saying it didn’t taste bad when she never even tried it! She kept insisting that they cleaned the machines which I don’t doubt but something was wrong with that little batch of ice cream. She had a horrible attitude if I was the owner of this place I would not want people like that working for my business. Everything was fine except for the customer service experience honestly that lady needs to learn to be more kind. Idk what her deal was. If I could leave a 0 star I would. I love grabbing freshens every time I’m at the mall but if I ever see that lady again I’m definitely not stopping by! Sorry -very upset customer

Hello I visited your store inside La Plaza Mall in South Texas and as I was trying to fill my cup with add on’s the worker insisted I give him my cup and I told him what I wanted and he poured way more than that inside. When I told him I didn’t want all the juice from the strawberry balls he quickly passed it over to I’m assuming the lady in charge, she was an older lady and extremely rude. I asked if I could just make a new one and add what I wanted she rolled her eyes at me. I told her never mind forget it and she raised her voice at me and told me, “Good!! Go somewhere else!!”.I’m not sure what type of business allows this but as my first time and a local influencer where I live I will definitely not recommend this location to anyone! I felt so degraded when she did that in front of other customers.

This place is over priced and the owner has her underage kids working in the back, they should look into this. I went in to buy a smoothie and they did not understand my order, once I let the owner know it was wrong she let me know she will not service me as she wasted a drink. " I even pointed at the smoothie I wanted"
